We are based out of Daund, over here in Swami Chincholi. Most people know the spot near G.NO. 541/2. It’s a busy area and we spend most of our time out on the sites around Pune. MRZ Buildcon isn't a massive corporate office with fancy glass walls. We just have our small setup here and we get to work every morning. My family has been in this area for a long time. When we started this, it was just about getting buildings up without too much fuss. Sometimes the weather gets rough or supplies run late, but that’s just how it goes in construction. We handle the paperwork, talk to the laborers, and make sure the bricks are getting laid properly. It’s dusty work and we usually go home with dirt on our boots. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a decent job for the folks who need something built. If you walk past our place in Daund, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and talking about the next slab we need to pour. It's not always pretty, but it’s honest work. We know the local roads and the local people. We keep things simple because that's what works. If a pipe leaks or a wall isn't straight, we fix it. That's really all there is to it at the end of the day. It’s about being there on the ground and seeing the work through until it’s finished.
