Our office is situated in Maharshi Nagar over in the Gultekdi area of Pune. We are at 63/496, right in the middle of a neighborhood we know pretty well. Mote Patil Developers Llp isn't a massive corporate entity. We are just local developers who focus on projects around this side of town. Being in the 411037 zip code puts us close to a lot of our current work. The office is pretty basic, just a place to store our files and have our morning meetings before we head out to the sites. Gultekdi can be a bit quiet compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer. It allows us to get things done without too many distractions. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big slogans. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our signs at a construction site. Dealing with labor and materials is a daily struggle, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just try to stay practical and keep the projects moving forward. Sometimes there are delays with permits or weather, but that’s just part of the deal. We’re just a small team of people who know how to build things and want to keep doing that here in Pune. That's the long and short of it for us.
