MORYA URBAN HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED

We've been operating out of our office in Erandwane for a while now. It's right there on Plot No 5. Building homes in Pune City is what we do every day. It's not always easy, but it's what we know. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us handling the paperwork and making sure things get done at the sites. We handle the Morya Urban Homes projects from this spot. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with blueprints and coffee cups, but it works for us. We started this because we saw how much Pune was growing. Erandwane is a nice area, quite busy but has that old Pune feel to it. People often stop by just to ask about what we're working on. We try to keep things straightforward. If you come by Flat 8, you'll probably see us on the phones or talking to contractors. There's always a lot of coordination involved in private limited companies like ours. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a workspace where we get things moving. It's a lot of back and forth with the city planners and the construction crews. Most of our day is spent making sure the materials arrive and the workers know what the plan is for the week. It’s just regular work, trying to get these urban homes finished so people can actually move in. We've been in this part of Pune for a bit and we like it here. It's home.
