Morris Estates

Our office is at 104/3 on Dhole Patil Road. We are tucked away in the 10th lane inside Shankar Parvati Chambers. Dhole Patil Road is a well-known area in Pune with lots of offices and places to eat. We work as real estate agents, helping people find homes or commercial spaces. The office is pretty basic with just what we need to get through the day. We spend a lot of time walking up and down the lanes looking at different buildings. Real estate is mostly about knowing who is moving and who is looking. We keep a lot of notes and keys in the office. It is a lot of talking to people and trying to match them with a place that fits. Sometimes the 10th lane gets crowded with parked bikes, making it hard to get through. We have been working in this specific area for a while, so we know most of the apartment blocks around here. It is not a fancy corporate setup. We just sit down with people, show them some photos, and then take them out to see the actual sites. Dealing with property means there is always some paperwork to finish or a landlord to call. We just take it one client at a time and try to keep things moving. It is a busy life but we like being right here on Dhole Patil Road.
