Mondesir Projects India Private Limited

We've been over here at J Block in the Bhosari MIDC area for a while now. Plot No 420 is where we keep things running on a daily basis. Mondesir Projects India Private Limited is the name written on the board outside. Pune is a busy place, and being in the 411026 area puts us right in the middle of all the industrial work going on around us. People usually find our spot easily enough once they get into the MIDC section of Bhosari. It gets pretty loud around here during the day with all the other factories nearby, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. We focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of the guys here live nearby in Pune, so the commute isn't too bad most days unless the traffic gets really backed up near the main roads. It's a straightforward setup. We have our space, our equipment, and the team just comes in and gets to work. There isn't much flash to the office, just a place to sit down and manage what needs doing. We’ve seen the area change over time, but we’re still here at the same spot. If you're driving through Bhosari, you've probably passed us plenty of times. The weather in Pune stays decent most of the year, though the summers get a bit hot inside the building. We just keep the fans going and stay busy with the daily tasks. That is just how it goes here.
