We operate out of flat number 402 at Kiran Sankalp, located at Survey Number 128. It’s a bit of a modest setup, but it’s where all the magic happens for our buildcon and infrastructure work. We aren't into the whole corporate image thing. Our office is basically a room filled with cabinets, a few sturdy tables, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We spend most of our time looking at site plans and making sure we have enough materials for the next week. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute I’m on the phone with a supplier, and the next I’m trying to fix the printer. We don't have any scripted mission statements or posters about success on the walls. We just want to get through our projects and make sure the buildings are solid. Living and working in the same general area means we know the local streets and the people who live here. It’s a busy life, and sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. We don’t spend money on big ads because we’d rather just focus on the actual building work. If you come by Kiran Sankalp, just head up to the fourth floor. It’s just a regular door, but inside we’re busy making things happen and keeping the business running.
