Moira Spaces (Opc) Private Limited is located in Erandawana, right at Flat No. 301 in the Mohor building. We’re over on Cts No. 105/17. This area of town is usually quite busy, but our office is a quiet spot where we handle all our space planning. Being an "One Person Company" means things can get pretty hectic since there isn't a huge team to split the work with. I spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and figuring out how to make a room actually usable. Erandawana has a lot of old and new buildings, so there is always a variety of work to do. Sometimes the projects are small renovations, and other times it's a bit more involved. I don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sell people on trends that won't last. It’s more about finding a layout that makes sense for how someone actually lives or works. There are days when the phone rings constantly and others where it's just me and the computer. It’s a bit of a balancing act, really. I like being based here because it's central and easy for people to find. I try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone I work with. It's just a small business trying to do decent work in the neighborhood. If things get a bit messy with blueprints everywhere, that's just because I'm in the middle of a project.
