We are Mohorkar Infrastructure and Developers Private Limited. Our office is tucked into Omkar Garden at Flat G 3/2, in the Wadgaon BK area of Pune. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like those cold corporate zones in the middle of the city. We’ve been working on various infrastructure and development projects for some time. Most of our day is spent either in the office looking at maps or out on a site checking on progress. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of dust, noise, and dealing with different contractors every day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just want to get the work done right. Wadgaon BK is a nice part of Pune to be based in. We see our neighbors every day and it feels more like a community than a business hub. We’ve got our desks and our tea kettle, and that’s about all we need to keep things running. We don't use much in the way of promotional stuff because our work speaks for itself once the building is up. People know where to find us if they need to talk. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. It’s better to just be direct with people. That’s how we’ve always done things here.
