MMKD Developers Private Limited is located at Unit No. 328 on the third floor. We are in the Goodwiil Square building, which is at Sr. No. 17/1A/1 in the Dhanori area. Dhanori is a growing part of the city, and being in Goodwiil Square puts us right where the growth is happening. The third floor is a good spot—not too high, not too low. Our office is a busy place with people coming in to discuss plans or check on paperwork. It’s a standard commercial unit. We’ve got some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. Working in the development business means there is always something to track. We don’t have a flashy lobby or a bunch of awards on the wall. It’s just a place where we sit down and figure out the logistics of building things. The 328 unit is where the real work happens. Sometimes we grab a coffee from a nearby shop and talk about the latest site updates. It’s a regular job for us. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big mission statements that don't mean much. We just want to stay organized and keep our projects on schedule as best as we can. It’s a local operation, and we like the community here in Dhanori. We keep things simple and try to be honest about how the work is progressing. There is always a lot of dust from the construction around here.
