Mjaa Infracon Llp

Mjaa Infracon Llp is over in Wadgaon Sheri at Karan Rhea. We are in B/901, and the site number is S. No. 55/67. It’s a residential-style building, so the office has a very local, relaxed feel to it. Wadgaon Sheri is a nice enough place, though the traffic near the main road can be a bit much during peak hours. We do infrastructure and construction work, mostly focusing on the small to medium stuff that needs a careful eye. It’s an LLP, so it’s a partnership where a few of us put our heads together to solve problems. We spend a lot of time on the phone with laborers and contractors. The office is where we do the accounting and try to keep the project timelines from sliding too far. It isn't a very formal place; you might find us sitting around in jeans just trying to figure out a better way to move some earth or lay some pipes. We’ve got a lot of neighbors in the building, so we try to keep the noise down when we are inside. Most of the real action happens out at the sites around Pune. We don't have any big slogans or fancy uniforms. We just show up, do the work, and hope the rain stays away long enough for us to finish. It’s a basic way of doing business, but it works for us and the people we build for.
