Mirasoll Reality (India) Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Wadgaon Bk. over at the apartments on S. No. 16/1/5. We go by the name Mirasoll Reality (India) Private Limited, and we have been based here in the Padmavati area of Pune for a while now. The 411041 pin code is a part of the city that has seen a lot of change recently, and we are right in the thick of it. It’s not a huge corporate office with glass walls; it is more of a regular room where a few of us manage the reality side of things. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons usually involve some sort of site visit or meeting with people about property. Pune can be a bit chaotic with the traffic, especially around our side of town, so we try to get an early start. The office usually has the smell of tea or coffee hanging around, and there are always blueprints rolled up in the corner. We don’t really go for the high-end marketing approach. We just prefer to handle the day-to-day tasks that come with running a reality business. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when we have several projects going at once, but we always find what we need eventually. It is a local operation, and we know the streets around Wadgaon pretty well by now. We just stay focused on getting the work done and keeping things moving forward for the company.
