MIRAI BUILD CORP LLP

Our office is located at Amar Avinash Corporate Plaza, which is on Bund Garden Road in Pune. We are way up on the 7th floor in Office Number 705. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings and the trees along the road. Bund Garden is a busy area, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking around below. The building itself is quite professional, but inside our office, it’s pretty casual. We have our desks set up with a lot of blueprints and notebooks. It’s a bit of a walk from the elevator, but not too bad. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. It’s a good spot because it’s central to everything in the city. We spend our hours coordinating with different teams and looking over various designs. It’s not always glamorous; there’s a lot of sitting around and making sure the numbers add up. We’ve got a small area where we keep some snacks and a coffee machine. Most of the time, we are just busy with the usual day-to-day grind. It’s a functional space where we try to stay on top of things without making it too formal. It keeps us focused on what actually matters in our projects.
