Miracle Mansions Private Limited

We are based out of Gawade Estate, specifically in unit 202. It’s right on the Mumbai Pune Road, so there is always the sound of trucks and cars passing by. Being near the Syndicate Bank makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't visited us before. In Pune, the weather changes quite a bit, but the office stays pretty much the same. Miracle Mansions Private Limited is really just a group of us working out of this space. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters or anything like that. We have some old wooden desks and a few chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. The estate itself is quite active, with different businesses coming and going at all hours. We spend a lot of our time going through site documents or taking calls from contractors. Lunch usually involves grabbing something quick from the local shops nearby. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs extra attention, watching the lights on the Mumbai Pune Road through the window. It’s a practical way of working. We don't use big words or fancy presentations here. We just talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because often they are. It’s about being present in the community and keeping things simple. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while and have seen the road get busier every year.
