Minfra Projects Private Limited

We are based in Baner, Pune, at the Sneh Park Co-Operative Society. Our office is on Plot No. 21, which sits on Survey Numbers 71 and 72. Baner has become a very busy part of the city over the last few years, and we have seen it grow quite a lot from our office window. We work on various projects, mostly related to building and general development. The office is a busy place with people coming in and out all day long. We have stacks of blueprints and a lot of empty tea cups lying around by the time we close up. It is not the most organized-looking place, but we know exactly what is happening with every project on our list. We spend a good amount of our time out on site, checking that everything is being done the way it should be. It is a lot of work to keep things moving forward, especially with all the rules you have to follow these days. We aren't a big corporate entity with a board of directors. We are just a group of people who enjoy seeing a project come to life from a piece of empty land. People in the society know us, and we try to keep things friendly and relaxed. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to our clients. We just explain things simply and get to work. It is a decent way to spend the day in Baner.
