If you are looking for us, we are on the 7th floor of the Amar Avinash Corporate Plaza. It’s located on Bund Garden Road, right near the Inox Multiplex. It’s a tall building, so we get a decent view of the road from up here. Being on the 7th floor is okay, though waiting for the elevator during lunch hour can be a bit of a pain. We deal with realty here in Pune. It’s a fast-paced market and things change every week. Our office is usually full of maps and property listings. It’s not a very quiet place because the phones are always going off. We have a lot of meetings, mostly with people looking to invest or find office space themselves. Bund Garden Road is a busy stretch, so there is always something happening outside. We like being near the Inox because it makes it easy to give directions to people. "Just look for the cinema," we tell them. We are Mindspace Realty, but we don't act like a big scary corporation. We are just a group of people working in the real estate sector. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. Some days are long, especially when we have to visit different CTS numbers across the city. But we’ve been here for a bit and we know the streets pretty well now. We just try to keep things moving and help people out with their property needs.
