We are Mind Space Reallty and we operate out of Plot No. 19 in Talera Nagar. Our office is at S. No.283 in the Chinchwad area of Pune, 411033. Chinchwad has become such a huge place now with all the factories and new apartments, but our little corner in Talera Nagar still feels a bit more like a community. We’ve been here for a while, helping people with local real estate stuff. Our office is pretty simple, just a few desks and some cupboards full of property records. We don't have a big corporate team or flashy cars. Most of the time, it's just us answering the phone or sitting down with a neighbor who wants to know about land prices. We spend a good part of the day out on the road, looking at plots and meeting people at different sites. The office is our home base where we do all the boring paperwork. It’s not a high-pressure sales environment. We just tell people what we know and try to be helpful. The traffic on the main road can be loud, but inside it’s usually just the sound of the fan. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Pune over the years, and we just keep doing our thing here at Plot 19. It’s a basic, steady business that keeps us connected to the neighborhood and the local people who live here every day.
