You can find Milman Thin Film Systems over in Pune. We’re in the Ajinkya Society, specifically on the second floor in Flat No. 8. This is in Wadgaon Bdk, right off Sinhagad Road. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the workday a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded industrial park. We work with thin film systems, which sounds complicated but to us, it’s just the daily grind. We’ve been in this flat for a while. It’s got enough room for our equipment and the paperwork. Pune is a great city for this kind of work. The traffic on Sinhagad Road is something else, though. We try to time our commutes so we don't get stuck. Most of our day is spent looking at specs or talking to customers on the phone. We aren't much for fancy marketing. We’d rather just show people what we can do. The office is a bit lived-in, with papers everywhere and maybe a few old prototypes sitting around. It’s a real working space. We don't have a cleaning crew coming in every five minutes, so things look a bit messy sometimes. But we know where everything is. It's a small operation, and we like being able to keep an eye on everything ourselves. It feels more personal that way. Sometimes we have to work on weekends to finish a big order, but we don't mind. It's part of the commitment we have to the people who rely on us. We just keep moving forward, doing the best we can with what we have here.
