If you find yourself in Chinchwad, you might pass by Bhushan Soc where Millenial Infra Projects Private Limited is situated. We are in Flat No. 5, which is inside RH 180 in the G Block. It is more of a residential-style setup than a big glass office building, which we actually prefer. It feels a bit more like home and less like a cold workspace. Chinchwad is a busy part of Pune, and being in a society like this means we see our neighbors and know the people living around us. Our office is basically a flat that we have converted to fit our needs. We’ve got some desks pushed up against the walls and plenty of shelf space for all the project maps and folders we have to keep track of. It gets a little cramped when we have a lot of people in at once, but we make it work. The 411019 area is quite lively, so there is always some noise from the street or the courtyard. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. When someone comes by, they usually just find us sitting at our computers or talking over a cup of coffee. It’s a very practical way to run things. We focus on the infra projects and leave the fancy decorations to someone else. It is just a regular group of us working out of a flat in Pune.
