MIG CONSTRUCTION PUNE LLP

We operate out of Flat 1404 in Building A, which is part of the SR NO 38/4 A / 1 F.P. 486 development in Pune City. It’s a high-rise setup, so we are way up on the fourteenth floor. This gives us a pretty good view of the surrounding city area, which is nice when we need a break from looking at blueprints. MIG Construction Pune LLP is mostly run from this apartment space. We’ve got desks set up where you’d normally have a dining table, and the spare room is basically a storage area for our project files and equipment. It feels more like a home than a strict office, which suits us just fine. We have the usual stuff like a computer, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of pens lying around. The building is quite new, so everything is clean, but our workspace is definitely cluttered with work. We often have people coming in for meetings, so we always keep the kettle ready for some coffee or tea. Being in this part of Pune makes it easy for us to reach different sites across the city. The elevators can be slow in the mornings when everyone is leaving for work, but we usually start a bit later anyway. It’s a quiet place to sit and figure out the logistics of our construction projects without too much noise from the street below. We just focus on getting our work done.
