We are based at Survey No. 7, right near Khopade Galli in Sai Datta Nagar. If you are familiar with this part of Pune, you know it can be a bit crowded but it has a good energy to it. MGP Infrastructure Private Limited has been around for some time, and we mostly focus on the local infrastructure needs in Maharashtra. It is not a fancy corporate setup. Our office is just a place where we get together to figure out the logistics of our projects. We have a lot of files and maps spread out most of the time. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be checking on a delivery of sand and the next you are sitting at the desk filing paperwork for the local authorities. Pune has changed a lot since we started, with new roads and buildings popping up everywhere you look. We are just one small part of that growth. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or advertising because there is usually enough work to keep us busy without it. Sometimes things go wrong at a site and we have to spend all day fixing a simple mistake. That's just how construction goes. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when the weather isn't helping. We just try to stay practical and deal with whatever comes our way each morning without complaining too much.
