We are located at Western Court on GK Road, right near the petrol pump in Pune. Metricon Builders Private Limited has been operating from this office for quite some time now. Pune is a city that is constantly building something new, and we try to stay right in the middle of all that activity. Our work involves a lot of site visits and meeting with different people to keep the projects moving forward. We are not a big, polished corporation with fancy brochures or expensive sales teams. Most of our days are spent dealing with the actual grit and dust of construction work. It can be a lot of stress, especially when deadlines are tight or the weather does not want to cooperate with us. Our office is a busy place with people coming and going all the time. We have a small team that manages everything from the very first planning stages to the final finishing touches on a building. We do not spend much money on advertising; we mostly just rely on the work we have already done to show others what we can do. Building things in a growing city like Pune means dealing with a lot of local regulations and paperwork, which takes up way more time than you would think. We just try to keep things moving and stay honest with the people we work for. It is not always a smooth process, but we stick with it until the job is done.
