MERCULUS CONSTRUWELL PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is up on the 8th floor of the Chordia G building in the Haveli area of Pune. The official address is S.No. 36/1/1, Office No 802. Being up so high gives us a pretty good view of the surrounding part of Pune, though we spend most of our time looking at our screens. Merculus Construwell Private Limited is the name on the door. It is a typical office setup with some cubicles and a small cabin for meetings. The 8th floor is usually quiet, which is a relief from the street noise down below. We do a lot of construction-related work here, which means there are often stacks of drawings and site photos lying around on the desks. We have a small pantry where we make tea and chat about things that are not work. The lift in this building is usually working, which is good because eight floors is a lot of stairs to climb. Pune's weather is usually okay, but it gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We are not a huge company, just a group of people who have been in this industry for a bit. We do not really do much in terms of decorating the place; it is mostly just functional. It is where we come every morning to get through the list of things to do. It is a straightforward environment for straightforward work. We like it that way.
