Menlo Properties Llp is tucked away at S.No. 60/3 in Mundhwa. Our office is actually located behind the Kailas Kodre Bunglow, which makes it a little bit quieter than if we were right on the main road. Mundhwa has been developing so fast, and we’ve seen so many changes in the neighborhood over the years. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some sturdy filing cabinets, and a table where we spread out our site plans. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a big sign. Most of our work involves managing properties and looking at new sites, so we aren't always in the office. When we are there, it’s usually to handle the administrative side of things, which can be pretty tedious. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write polished speeches for us. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what’s going on with their properties. Sometimes the road leading to the office gets a bit dusty or muddy depending on the weather, but we don't mind. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We know the people around here and we like the local feel of the area. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just work hard, keep our records straight, and try to keep everything moving forward for the projects we are handling every day behind that bungalow.
