So, Meliorate Renowork is based out of Thergaon Phata. We are at Milkat No. 165/5 if you are looking for the spot. We mostly do renovation work around here. It’s a lot of dusty shoes and measuring tapes every single day. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we figure out how to fix up old places or change things around for people who want something different. We deal with all kinds of stuff, from tiling to plumbing issues. Sometimes the materials don’t arrive on time and we have to scramble. That is just how the business is. We have been around this part of town for a bit and people know us as the guys who show up and get their hands dirty. It’s not always pretty, but the result is what matters to the person living there. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers trying to get a better price on cement or wood. The traffic near the Phata can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to wrap up site visits early. There isn’t any secret formula here, just showing up and doing the labor. We take our tea breaks seriously because the work is tiring. Most of the time, we are just happy when a project finishes without too many surprises. It is a simple life of fixing things up and moving to the next house.
