Mdr Buildcon Private Limited

We are Mdr Buildcon Private Limited, and we run our operations from an office here in Pune. You can find us at Flat No D-17 in the Megh Malhar building, which is over in Warje Malwadi. We are right near the Hill View landmark, so it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are in the neighborhood. This isn't some big corporate headquarters with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just a regular flat where we sit down to handle our construction and building business. We spend most of our time looking at project plans or talking to people on the phone about different sites around Maharashtra. The office is often full of folders and rolls of drawings. Some days it is quiet, and other days it is a bit chaotic when we have a lot of deadlines hitting at once. We like being in the Warje area because it feels more like a real place than a business park. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the local streets. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way so we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. We don't do much in the way of big advertising or anything like that. We just do our work and let that speak for itself. It’s a simple, honest way to run a company, and it works for us.
