We are located over in Hadapsar, right near Noble Hospital. If you know the Polaris building, we are in Flat 303 on the third floor. MD MAHALAXMI DEVELOPER PRIVATE LIMITED has been operating out of this part of Pune for some time now. Hadapsar is a crowded area, so being near a landmark like the hospital helps people find us. We mostly deal with property development and the daily grind that comes with it. Our office isn't anything special, just a place where we sit down and look at blueprints or handle the accounts. Some of us have lived in Pune our whole lives, so we know the streets here pretty well. Work usually involves a lot of site visits and meeting with various vendors. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. Sometimes things go smooth, other times there are delays with permits or rain, but that's just how the building business goes. We aren't a big corporate chain. We're just a group of people trying to make a living building houses and apartments. We keep our files organized in the office and try to stay on top of the local regulations. It gets noisy outside with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our address on S. No. 151/18A-151/22 is where you can usually catch one of us if we aren't out at a project site somewhere in the city. We try to be practical and keep the work moving forward without getting too bogged down.
