Mbm Spaces Llp

Mbm Spaces Llp is based out in Talegaon Dabhade, near Pune. We are located at S No. 67/B/1, which is right near the Mali Bunglow landmark. It is a bit of a trek from the main city, but it’s a nice area to work in. We focus on creating and managing spaces, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the week. The office is simple and tucked away in a spot that isn't too loud. We like being near Talegaon because it’s a growing place with a lot of potential. Our team is small, and we mostly handle everything ourselves, from the initial planning to the final checks. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that on the walls. We just come in, drink some tea, and get to work. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or looking at the land we are working on. Being near the bungalow makes it easy for people to find us since everyone knows where that is. We have a lot of stuff piled up in the office, like samples and blueprints. It can get a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We started this because we liked the idea of making spaces that people actually use. It’s honest work and keeps us connected to the local community. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay busy.
