We are based in Sadashiv Peth, specifically at Renata, Office 304. Pune has changed a lot lately, and being in house number 2145 on Sr No 32/75 keeps us right in the middle of it. It’s an old area with a lot of history. Most days start early here. We handle construction work around this part of Maharashtra. It’s not always easy, dealing with paperwork and materials in the busy streets of Pune. There is a lot of traffic nearby, but we manage. We’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes people just walk in to ask about building projects or local regulations. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs something built or repaired, they find us here. The weather in Pune stays nice most of the year, though the rains can slow down some of the site work. We have a small team. Everyone knows their job. We don’t spend much on ads; word of mouth is usually how people hear about Mayureshwar Construction. It is just how things work in this neighborhood. We deal with concrete, bricks, and labor every day. It's dusty work but it's what we do. The office is easy to find if you know Sadashiv Peth. We just keep our heads down and finish whatever project is on the desk. Every morning, we check the schedules and make sure the supplies are moving to the different sites we are handling.
