Maxcon Projects Private Limited is located over in Kothrud, specifically at Flat No. B-101 in R K Pride. We are right there at Guruganeshnagar, Cts No. 82/5 in Pune, 411038. It is a decent area of Pune and we’ve been operating out of this office for some time now. Dealing with projects means we spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, but this is where the main planning happens. We aren't a huge conglomerate with hundreds of offices, just a local group trying to do a good job. The space in Kothrud is convenient for us because most of the staff lives nearby, so we don't have to deal with the worst of the city traffic every single day. We keep our files in order and try to stay on top of the paperwork, which as anyone knows, can get a bit overwhelming sometimes. There is usually someone in the office from morning until late afternoon. We don’t go in for big advertisements or flashy signs on the building. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the name on the directory at R K Pride. It is a straightforward operation. We handle the technical side of things and make sure the projects move along like they are supposed to. Sometimes things get delayed, that’s just how it goes, but we stay on it regardless of any obstacles that come up.
