Mauli Developers is situated at 12 Warje Malwadi, which is in the Vijay Nagar area of Kalewadi. We are just a small team of local people. We have been around this neighborhood for many years, so we have seen it change from a quiet spot to the busy neighborhood it is today. Our office isn't anything you would call corporate. It is just a plain room where we sit down and look over construction plans and talk to people about their projects. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that to write fancy things for us. Usually, it is just one of us answering the phone or sitting at the front desk. Being in Vijay Nagar is handy because we are close to most of the places we are working on. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Most of the people who come to see us were told about us by a friend or a neighbor. We just focus on getting the buildings done and making sure the paperwork is mostly correct, which is a job in itself. Some days are really slow and we just sit around drinking tea, and other days everyone wants an answer at the same time. We like working in the same area where we live. It makes everything feel more direct. We are just local folks trying to do a decent job with the developments around here.
