We are based in Jewal Tower, specifically in units 301 and 302. It’s located in Koregaon Park at Ajappa Block, right on the 4th Cross of Dinnur Main Road. It’s a pretty good location for what we do with real estate. The office stays busy with people coming in to talk about plots or flats. We spend most of our time looking at maps and property documents. The tower itself is easy to find, which is good because people are always dropping by to ask about prices or what’s available in the area. Koregaon Park is a nice part of town, though it can get a bit loud with all the new construction going on around us. Our space is functional. We have some chairs for visitors and desks that are usually covered in folders and site plans. It’s not a quiet library type of place; there’s always someone talking on the phone or heading out to show a property to a client. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen the neighborhood change quite a lot. Sometimes we go downstairs to get some snacks from the local shops when things get slow in the afternoon. It’s just a regular real estate office where we try to keep track of who is selling and who is buying. We don't use any fancy talk, just give people the facts about the land or the buildings they are interested in.
