Marvel Realtors is based in Koregaon Park, specifically at 301/302/5 in the Jwell Tower. Koregaon Park is a well-known area, but Jwell Tower has its own rhythm compared to the rest of the street. Being up on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are looking at the tops of trees and other buildings. The office is usually a hive of activity with phones ringing and people coming in to talk about property. We have a lot of maps and listings pinned up on the walls because it helps us keep track of everything. It’s a clean space, but it’s definitely a working office, not a showroom. We get a mix of people coming through the doors, from locals to folks from out of town. The elevator in the tower is sometimes a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. Working in real estate means we are often out and about, but Jwell Tower is where all the actual paperwork gets sorted. We’ve tried to make the space comfortable for anyone who stops by for a chat. There’s always a jug of water and some glasses on the side table. It’s a busy life here in Koregaon Park, and we just keep plugging away at it day after day without much fuss. We are just people helping other people find a place to stay.
