We've been based out of Pune for a while now. Specifically the 411040 area, which gets pretty busy during the week. Most of us here at Marvel Realtors Pvt Ltd grew up around Maharashtra, so we know the streets and the neighborhoods quite well. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we deal with property paperwork and meet people looking for a place to stay or invest. Some days are slow, others we are running around all afternoon. It’s just how the real estate thing goes. People come in with questions about apartments or land, and we try to give them the right answers without making it too complicated. The traffic around here can be a bit much, but we like being in this part of town. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps. It's mostly just regular work, nothing too flashy. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. If someone stops by, we usually just sit down and talk through what they need. It’s better that way than doing everything through emails. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere. We just keep doing our part from this spot in Pune, keeping track of what's available and who is looking. That's pretty much what we do every day. It's a living and it keeps us on our toes.
