Marvel Realtors Ltd. is based in Jewel Tower, specifically rooms 301 and 302. We’re located on Lane No. 5 in Koregaon Park. It’s a nice part of town, though it can get pretty crowded on the weekends. We’ve been working from this building for a while now. Real estate in Koregaon Park is always moving, so we stay pretty busy with the day-to-day office work. We aren't the type of people to use a lot of corporate jargon. We just like to talk plainly about the properties we have and the prices people are asking for. The office is comfortable enough, but it’s mostly just a place for us to meet and keep our files in order. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job. Sometimes the lane outside gets blocked with cars, but that’s just life in this neighborhood. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just show up, answer the emails, and go out to show flats when we need to. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. People know us because we’ve been in the Jewel Tower for years. We try to keep things organized and helpful for anyone who walks in. It’s not always perfect, but we do our best to keep things moving. This location on Lane No. 5 suits us perfectly for what we do every day and we plan to stay here for a long time.
