Mars Fine

Mars Fine has its setup over at W-192/B in the S-Block of MIDC. We are right in the middle of the Bhosari Industrial Estate. It’s a noisy area, as you can probably guess, with all the factories and trucks moving around all day. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Bhosari for a good long while. The building isn't brand new, but it's solid and it suits what we do. Mostly, we’re busy with production work. There’s always the sound of machinery in the background. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we’ve got some big fans that help a bit. The crew here is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. We don’t spend much time on fancy office work; we’re usually out on the floor making sure things are running right. It’s a gritty job sometimes, and your hands will definitely get dirty. But there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing things get made and shipped out. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out of the gate, so it can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes. The roads in the MIDC area aren't always the best, especially after it rains. But we manage. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the orders we have. It’s honest work and we’re proud of that. It keeps us going every day without much complaint from anyone on the team.
