Marigold Landmarksmarigold Landmarks Llp is located in Wing A, Flat 202 of the Taruvar Apartments. We are near Gokul Mathura, right off the 150 Ft Ring Road by Ayodhya Chowk. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you’re on the Ring Road, it’s not too hard to find. We are in the real estate and landmark business, which mostly means we help with property and building things. Running the business out of an apartment keeps our costs down and lets us stay focused on the actual work. We aren't interested in having a big, shiny office in a glass building. We’d rather spend our time out where the buildings are actually going up. Being near Ayodhya Chowk is great because it’s a central spot. We see a lot of traffic and people moving around, which is good for business. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a team of salespeople. It’s just us. We talk to people directly and try to help them find what they need. Sometimes it’s a lot of work just keeping up with all the paperwork that comes with landmarks and property. We don't always get everything perfect on the first try, but we keep at it until it’s right. That’s just how we do things. If you’re looking for us, just head toward the Ring Road. We’re usually around, working on the next project or checking on an old one. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy.
