Mantra Properties

Mantra Properties is located over at G/6 on Bund Garden Road. It is a busy area, especially with Hosur Road right there. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day tasks that come with real estate. It’s not always exciting. A lot of it is just checking documents and making sure everyone is on the same page. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We started out in a much smaller space, but now we are here. People drop by without appointments a lot, which is fine with us. We usually have the door open if the weather isn't too hot. We deal with all sorts of properties, some big and some very small. We don't have a huge team, just a couple of people who know the streets around Bund Garden Road well. We don't use any fancy software for everything; some things are still done on paper because it feels more reliable that way. Dealing with property is mostly about patience. You wait for the right buyer, or you wait for the government office to clear a file. We’ve learned to just take things as they come. If you're looking for a place or want to sell, we can talk about it. There’s no pressure from our side. We just give the facts as we see them and let people decide for themselves. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We keep things moving at our own pace.
