Manegrow Industries Private Limited

We are located over at Plot No 22 in Sneh Park, which is part of the Sr No 71/72/1 area. It is a decent spot for an industrial setup like ours. Manegrow Industries started out because we saw a need for local manufacturing and processing that wasn't too complicated or over-engineered. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it has enough room for our equipment and the small crew we have working here. We spend most of our time on the shop floor making sure the machines are running okay and that everything is coming out right. It can get a bit loud during the day, so we usually take our breaks outside where it's a bit quieter in the park area. We are not some massive factory with thousands of workers and a cafeteria. It’s a more personal operation where everyone knows what their job is for the day. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch or fix a mechanical issue that popped up out of nowhere, but that is just part of the trade. We focus on getting the quality right without making a big fuss about it. The neighbors around Sneh Park are mostly other small businesses, so we all kind of look out for each other. We handle our own logistics and shipping from this site. It’s a lot of work keeping everything moving, but we prefer being hands-on rather than sitting in a remote office somewhere else. It keeps us close to the actual work being done.
