Mane Motors Driving School

Our place is right across from the Bank of Maharashtra in Indori. If you know the Talegaon Dabhade area, you probably pass us all the time when you're heading into town. Being in Mawal means we get a mix of people from the village and some coming from further out who want to learn on these specific roads. We started this driving school because there weren't many options close by for people to learn properly without traveling too far. It is a humble setup. We keep our cars maintained and ready for whoever is scheduled for the day. Sometimes the roads around here get a bit dusty or crowded with trucks, but that's actually good practice for new drivers who need to stay alert. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or long lectures. We just get into the car and start with the pedals and the gears right away. Most students are young people from the surrounding farms or shops. They need to drive to get to work or help their families with transport. It is a practical skill and we treat it that way. If someone stalls the engine in the middle of the road, we just start it back up and try again without making a big deal out of it. No stress about it. You can find us easily enough near the bank. We are usually around most mornings and late afternoons when the heat isn't too bad. The office isn't much, just a desk and some chairs.
