Mali Kirana Store

Mali Kirana Store is sitting right here in Village Pangoan, just a short walk from the Aai Yedeshwari Mandir in Tehsil Kallam. It is a simple place where we sell things people need for their daily cooking. We have been here for a good while now. The shop is small and can get a bit crowded when everyone comes in at once after work. We stock basic groceries like sugar, tea, flour, and some snacks for the kids. It is mostly just us working here every day from morning until late evening. Sometimes the power goes out in the village, so we use candles or a small torch to find things on the shelves. It’s not a big city store with bright lights. We know our neighbors and what they usually buy. If someone forgot their wallet, we usually tell them to pay later. That is how things go in a village like Pangoan. The shelves are made of old wood and we keep things organized the best we can, but it is never perfect. Being near the mandir means we see a lot of people passing through, especially on festival days when it gets really loud and busy outside. We try to keep enough stock so nobody goes home empty-handed. It’s a basic business, nothing more. We just open the shutters and stay here until it's time to go home to our families nearby. Every day is pretty much the same, and we like the quiet routine of the village life.
