Malgunde Buildcon is located out in Dhok, Sangavi, which is a bit of a drive from the city center but it’s where we do our work. Being in the Pune area means things move fast, but we try to keep a steady pace at G.No. 531. We are a small team, mostly just folks who know how to handle tools and heavy machinery. Building stuff takes a lot of time and effort, and we put in the hours every week. It’s not always easy work. Sometimes the sun is beating down on the site and everyone is tired, but we keep going because the work needs to get done. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work that’s in front of us. Most of our projects are nearby in the Maharashtra region. We handle the day-to-day stuff like getting permits and talking to suppliers. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a delivery being short, and we have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just life in construction. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep the files and meet up in the morning. We’ve been around for a bit and people know us in the local Sangavi area. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. It's practical work for practical people. We stay busy enough throughout the year.
