A good landmark is Zk’s Restaurant, as we are located right above it. It makes it very easy to tell people where we are, though the smell of food sometimes makes us hungry before lunch time. Being on the third floor is nice because we are away from the immediate noise of Kondhwa Road but still right in the action. The office is a busy place with people coming and going. We have some comfortable chairs for when we need to sit down and go over plans with the crew. It is a bit of a mixed space with some modern bits and some older furniture we have had forever. We don't spend much money on making the place look like a showroom because we’d rather focus on the actual building work. Pune City is always moving fast, and Lulllanagar is a prime example of that. We see a lot of traffic from our windows, especially in the evenings. Most of the time, we are just heads-down on our current projects, making sure every detail is handled. It is a friendly office where we know the other tenants in the building. We just keep things simple and stay focused on our daily buildcon tasks.
