Mainland Promoters & Developers LLP is over here in Pune at City Vista. We are in office 15 on the fifth floor of the A building. It’s a busy spot in the 411014 area. We handle land and building projects around this part of Maharashtra. People usually find us by looking for the big City Vista sign since we’ve been here for a while now. Things get pretty hectic in the office sometimes with all the paperwork for the various sites. We mostly focus on development work which involves a lot of coordinating with different crews. Being in Pune means there is always something new happening with the local property market. Most days start early here because there's always a list of things to get through before the sun goes down. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular workplace where we manage our daily tasks and talk to folks about their land needs. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoon which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to stay busy and handle our projects properly. If you are near Sr.No. 54/2A/1, that is where you will find us. We've stayed in this location because it's convenient for getting to the different sites we manage. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. No corporate nonsense, just real estate work.
