You can find us over at 998 Uma Smruti in the Vitthal Nagar Colony area. This is part of Vadgaon Bk. along Sinhagarh Road in Pune. It is a bit of a long address to write out on an envelope, but we are easy to find once you are in the neighborhood. The area is quite residential, so it feels a lot different than the main city center. We are working from here for Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Ltd., and it is a pretty quiet spot for the most part. The building, Uma Smruti, is a standard place that fits right into the colony. We have our desks and computers set up to keep track of everything we are doing in this part of town. Sinhagarh Road always has a lot of traffic, especially in the evenings, so we usually try to get our main errands done earlier in the day. The air is a bit better out here than right in the middle of Pune. We spend our days talking to people and checking on different projects. It is a straightforward operation without any big corporate frills. We like the local feel of being in a colony like Vitthal Nagar. There are small shops nearby where we grab snacks or stationary when we run out. It is just a normal office where we put in our hours and try to stay organized with all the paperwork that comes through our doors.
