Mahindra Lifespace

We are located at 1518 Sadashiv Peth, right in the middle of Pune. If you know the area, we are very close to Tilak Smarak Mandir and just across from the TVS showroom. Sadashiv Peth is a very traditional and busy part of the city, full of old buildings and narrow streets that are always packed with people. Our office for Mahindra Lifespace is right in the center of all that history. It’s a busy spot because there’s always something happening outside on the road. We deal with real estate and housing, so people are often dropping in to ask about new projects or to look at some brochures. The office itself is quite simple; we have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of maps and plans pinned on the walls. It’s not one of those huge, shiny real estate offices you might see in a fancy mall. It feels more like a part of the local neighborhood. The bells from the nearby mandir and the noise from the showroom across the street are the constant soundtrack to our workday. We take our tea breaks at the small stalls nearby where the tea is always strong and hot. Finding a place to park around here is a nightmare, so most of us just use our bikes or walk. We spend our days talking to people about where they want to live and helping them with all the complicated paperwork. It’s a lively place to work every day.
