We are based at Flat A14 on the fourth floor of Karishma Heritage in Morwadi, Pimpri. If you know this area of Pune, you know how much it has grown lately. It is a busy spot with lots of vehicles and people going about their business. Our office is just a regular workspace where we handle the daily tasks for Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. It isn't a flashy place with marble floors or anything like that. It is just a functional flat that we use as an office. We get in early, have some tea, and start looking through the files and plans for the day. The fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings, though mostly you just see more construction and rooftops. The lift in the building works okay, but sometimes it is faster to just walk if you are in a hurry. We have a few desks set up and the phones ring quite a bit throughout the afternoon. It can get a little noisy when the traffic picks up outside, but we are used to it by now. Most people find us easily enough once they get to Morwadi. We have been here for a while, and the neighbors in the building are mostly other small businesses or families. It is a simple, honest setup where we just focus on the work at hand without much fuss or bother.
