If you are looking for our office, we are tucked away in Flat No.B 201 at Vista I, which is part of The Woods here in Pune. It’s more like a regular apartment than a big headquarters, but it works for what we do. We spend our days going over blueprints and talking to folks who are interested in the new developments around the city. The Woods is a nice enough spot, though the parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. We have piles of files on the desks and the phone rings more than I’d like. Usually, someone is out at a site checking on progress while the rest of us stay back to handle the paperwork. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except when we are arguing about a project deadline or waiting for a contractor to call back. We’ve seen the city change a lot from this little spot in 411017. It’s just a few of us trying to keep everything organized. There is no big sign outside, just the flat number and a lot of work happening inside. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the local regulations. It is practical work, nothing more, nothing less. We just keep the wheels turning from our little corner of the building and hope the projects finish on time.
