Mahesh Motor Driving School

We run Mahesh Motor Driving School over at 15/7 on the Pune Satara Road in Dhanakawadi. It’s a busy stretch of road, which is actually good for teaching people how to handle real traffic. We’ve been here for quite a while, helping locals get their licenses and feel comfortable behind the wheel. Our office is small, mostly just a desk with some forms and some old diagrams of road signs on the wall. We don't have a fleet of luxury cars; we use practical vehicles that are easy for beginners to learn on. Most of our days are spent out on the road, sitting in the passenger seat and keeping an eye on the pedals. It can be stressful sometimes when traffic is heavy, but we’re used to it by now. We don't do any flashy marketing; word usually spreads from one student to another. People from around Dhanakawadi know where to find us. We try to be patient because learning to drive for the first time is nerve-wracking for most. We talk through the basics, show how the clutch works, and spend hours going in circles until they get it. It’s a straightforward business. We show up early, meet our students, and spend the day navigating the Pune Satara Road. It’s rewarding when someone finally passes their test and doesn't need us anymore. That is the best part of the job.
