Our base is in Pune, specifically at Office 701 on the 7th floor of the Chordia Group building. We are located at Sr. No. 36/1/1, which is a busy part of the city. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a distance from the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking during rush hour. The office is quite open, with large windows that let in plenty of sunlight, which is nice during the winter months. We have a lot of charts on the wall showing the different land parcels we are working on. There is always a stack of paperwork on the corner of my desk that never seems to get smaller. We have a few chairs for guests, but they usually end up being used to hold bags or folders. The carpet is a bit worn out in the areas where we walk the most. It’s a practical space designed for working on land development projects, not for showing off. We use a lot of physical maps because it's easier to see everything at once. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with dirt from the sites, but we clean it up at the end of the week. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and the tea from the shop downstairs isn't half bad. We just focus on the task at hand.
