Mahahind Projects LLP

Mahahind Projects LLP is located over in Erandawana, which is one of those parts of Pune that still has some old-school charm left. We are at FP 39/8 on Prabhat Road. It is actually a pretty nice spot to work from because of the trees, though parking can be a real headache if you arrive late in the morning. Our team is usually out on the field, so the office stays quiet for a few hours mid-day. We deal with various project works around Pune City and the wider Maharashtra region. When we are in the office, we are mostly looking at spreadsheets or talking to contractors on the phone. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication to make sure things are actually happening on the ground. We have been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything special, just a functional space with enough chairs for everyone and a decent kettle for tea. We don't really do the whole big corporate presentation thing. Usually, it is just us explaining things over a map or a drawing. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or permit issues, which is just part of the job here. We try to stay on top of the schedule as much as we can. It’s a busy life but we like being part of the way the city is growing and changing.
